Welcome to Southend Mindfulness which offers the following services
- Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction
a clinically trialled 8-week programme designed to help you to manage stressful situations and relationships more skilfully and enjoy your life to the full.
- Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living
This is an 8-week programme that follows on from either the MBSR or the MBCT courses and further develops the themes of kindness (to self and others), self-knowledge and the importance of our human relationships.
- The Mindfulness in Schools Project
a 9-week programme designed for teenagers, giving them a number of simple strategies for coping with stressful situations and life-enhancing skills to improve confidence, concentration and creativity.
- One-to-one awareness coaching for managers and executives
on a range of issues including career development, work-related stress, relationships at work and leading a team with confidence.
